A guy outside of the Dev Team claims to have the first untethered iOS 6 Jailbreak, and will be releasing it on 22nd December 2012 "and will not delay". He says his jailbreak will work on the following devices running iOS 6.0 and 6.0.1:-
iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPad 2 (and beyond) and iPod 4 (and beyond).
Is this another Failbreak? another hoax? or is it the real thing? There is absolutely no proof as of yet but the creator promises that he will upload a video this Wednesday providing validity of his JB.
Many are speculating about the date 22/12/2012 in relation to the Mayan prophecy on the 21/12/2012 that the world is supposedly ending that therefore he would not have to release anything...
